Little Tortilla Boy is a popular shtick performed by comedian, Pablo Francisco. In it, he does his awesome Don LaFontaine impersonation, stating that you can make any movie premise, no matter how ludicrous, seem epic by using that voice. About nine years ago, a YouTube denizen called Rubix made an anime music video to the shtick using clips from the anime, Naruto, called "AMV Comedians 6". Thus, arguably the funniest YouTube video of all time resulted.
Anytime you hear the hosts yell, "MORE ACTION, MORE EXCITEMENT!", "GET DOWN!" or "GET DOWN AGAIN!", this is what they're referencing.
